Here are some ideas to help get you started:
Focus your meetings on a central idea: mentorship, sexual harassment, equal pay. Brainstorm and discuss how these issues make you feel, and come up with ideas on how to proactively change the culture for women in science.
Chose interesting places to meet: museums, universities, nature centers, breweries, libraries, cafes. Mix it up!
Get outside - plan a nature hike and have one of your members give a talk during the hike or point out the awesome plants/animals/fungi that can be seen.
Use Twitter to announce your meetings, reach out to a larger audience

Host a Book Club! There are lots of great books out there you can all read together to spark conversations and inspire outreach ideas. We love Hidden Figures, Lab Girl, or In Shock.
