Pods Coordinator Calls: On the 20th of every month the Pods Coordinator will have an all pods call. This is an opportunity to ask any questions you may about your pod or pods in general, talk to other pod leaders, and learn more about current 500 Women Scientists initiatives.

Happy Hours: The Pods Coordinator schedules Happy Hour’s once a month so you can get to know your international 500 Women Scientists leader community. Join to interact with pods from across the U.S and across the world.

Pod coordinators are encouraged to join pod coordinator meetings monthly. These monthly calls are a way for the leadership to check in with pods and share relevant info and initiatives. Additionally, this is a great way for pod leaders to be in touch with each other. If you have an idea to share with Pods let us know, any Pod can host the meeting. Info about pod coordinator meetings is sent out through the pod coordinators Google group.
